We believe the supervisor is the most important part of the service equation. They have the greatest familiarity with each site, and within the MidAmerican system are given great latitude to make quick operational decisions regarding their accounts.<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Quality Communication</span>: At MidAmerican, we maintain regular and close communications with our clients.
