Quality Assurance Program

At MidAmerican Building Services, we believe that providing consistent, high quality cleaning is dependent on three key factors:
  1. A quality cleaning staff
  2. Quality supervision
  3. Quality communication with the client
Cleaning Staff: Al cleaning staff are full-time professional cleaners who go through extensive training, both on the job and in the classroom.

Quality Supervision: All MidAmerican supervisors are veteran cleaning professionals. We believe the supervisor is the most important part of the service equation. They have the greatest familiarity with each site, and within the MidAmerican system are given great latitude to make quick operational decisions regarding their accounts.

Quality Communication: At MidAmerican, we maintain regular and close communications with our clients. The MidAmerican "Quality Assurance Program" entails:

  1. Daily checks by site supervisors in all areas of the property to insure proper cleaning procedures are being carried out.
  2. Inspections by area supervisors two to three time per week.
  3. Monthly quality assurance program, which is an inspection conducted by General Manager and checked off by facility contact to ensure cleaning is up to customer satisfaction.
